1. Add 1 tube directly into a basin of warm water (38-42 °C), or use the provided filter bag for easier cleanup.

2. Watch it infuse into water and deeply inhale the aroma for sensory awakening before soaking.

3. Soak your feet for 15-20 minutes, then rinse with clean water after use. Can also be enjoyed as a luxurious bath tea for body—simply pour into the complimentary filter bag for a mess-free soak

4. Safe to flush spent water down the toilet. Dispose of used filter bag in general waste.
